Every battery pack is assembled in our Class 10,000 cleanroom with automated cell sorting, impedance-matched grouping, automated spot welding, and formation cycling before BMS integration.
Our PCB assembly line handles BMS boards, charge controller PCBs, and inverter drive boards from solder paste printing through SMT placement, reflow, AOI, and functional testing.
Power electronics assembly including solar inverters, UPS systems, and EV chargers undergoes full power testing at rated capacity with automated high-potential and insulation resistance testing.
